Maar the show must go on, ook als het even niet optimaal gaat. En als een pro deed Adele dat. Nu zijn wij toch wel benieuwd wat er dan precies mis gegaan is... Gelukkig kwam de zangeres snel met een antwoord: de microfoon voor het geluid van de piano was in de in de piano gevallen. Bovenop de snaren. En dat zorgde voor wat vervorming. Of, zoals Jesse Tyalor Ferguson (Modern Family) het noemde, voor een 'tamboerijn in de piano'.
